We are two single women in our 20s looking for a GREAT chill future roommate in our beautiful two bedroom one bath apartment. We share the master bedroom and you get your own room and the complex is filled with amenities! We have a washer/dryer in the apartment, fireplace, balcony, two pools and three hot tubs in the complex, with your own key to the 24 hour gym and BEST PART OF ALL, WE LOVE DOGS!! We have our own 6 month old German Pinscher puppy and would not mind having a buddy for her. She has been friendly toward the few cats that she has met. There is a dog breed restriction with the complex: cannot be over 75 pounds and must be FAMILY friendly breed meaning no pitbulls, dobermans, etc. The parking is gated so you will get your own gate key with an open lot for parking. You don't have to worry about being on any lease so there will be no credit check! We are both laid back, outdoorsy girls, who occasionally drink beer, both with full time jobs so were gone during the day and relax and watch movies in the evening. Must have a sense of humor we love to joke alot. We will also need a $400 deposit (this will be lower if you don't have a pet) with first months rent,. So its $975 to move in.
