We have a master bedroom available in the house. We're looking for one person to move into the master. Though we are open to have two girls share the master. The master shares a really nice bathroom with another roommate. We also have a washer and dryer in the garage that work great! A beautiful kitchen (two refrigerators and cabinet space, so there is plenty of room), we share dishes and cookware (so you don't need to have those things--we've got them!), living room (large tv with many movies to share), dining room, plenty of street parking, one driveway parking available, in a quiet neighborhood close to the 163. We're in Serra Mesa area close to Mission Valley and Clairemont. Super fast to the 8 or 163 or 15. Utilities are split with the other roommates, we have wireless internet.
