Master Bedroom available for rent in Normal Heights. We have a master bedroom available in a nice house in Normal Heights just two blocks away from Adams Ave and half a block away from 805N entrance. This is a corner house that has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, very spacious living room and kitchen with dishwasher, a garage, a small patio, front lawn, hardwood floors, washer and dryer. The available room is the master bedroom with a half bathroom (sink & toilet). It has a spacious closet and a large window that looks out to the front of the house. The room comes with a queen size bed (optional). We are looking for a laid back, down to earth person who is also responsible and respectful, please no drama. We split the bills for utilities in three (power, water & wireless internet) which averages around $55 a month. Everybody does their part in trying to keep the house clean. We also have a driveway with enough space for two cars and we usually take turns for parking on the street. We have a good balance when it comes to work and fun.
