I have 2 rooms for rent in a 3 Br. / 2 Bath Apt. This Apt. is amazing. 1400 Square Ft. total. Large marble wood burning fireplace, new appliances, jacuzzi tub, shared garage parking, etc... Did I also mention we have an extra room/office (12x15) to do what ever with. This apt. used to be 2 apts. before a complete remodel 1 year ago turning it into a single apt. It's located about 100 yards to the pier and beach making it ideal for that type of life style. Both rooms are going to be available August 1st. and would ideally like to resign a 1 year lease. The first and smaller of the 2 rooms available (11x12) is renting for $787. It has large mirrored sliding closet doors and shares a bathroom with me (but we have an awesome jacuzzi tub and skylight in the bathroom.) The next room available is the Master bedroom (15x15) and has it's own bathroom, large walk-in closet and is renting for $876. For both rooms there is a $500 security deposit which must be paid before move in and can be used to hold/reserve the room until it's available Aug. 1st. We pay all utilities every month (gas & electric, water, trash, high speed internet/cable) and is usually around $50 to $75 each. Sorry... NO dogs or cats. About me: I'm 32 male, professional electrician and student so I'm not home much. I enjoy playing music and having a good time, but try to keep the partying to a "weekend thing" as I get up early during the week. I'm 420 friendly and you must be too (after all this is O.B.) but NO cigs in the house. I'm looking to rent to someone who is CLEAN and knows how to pick up after them selves, especially in common areas. PAYS RENT ON TIME, has a steady job, is NOT an alcoholic or drunk, drama free and sorry no couples or shared bedrooms. I'm very laid back and easy to get along with but I will keep things in check. Above all I just need someone in here who is responsible, has pride in where they live and takes initiative when things need to be done. Not looking to be anyones parent.
