I'm looking for a roommate asap. I'm a senior at the University of San Diego (just up the street) so I'm ultimately looking for a roomie for the summer, fall and spring semester but if you just need a place for the summer I can also do that. We would be sharing the master bedroom, but there is only enough room for you to have a twin size bed, there is room for a desk also. We would also share bathroom and closet. There is a sliding door entrance to patio from bedroom and a large living room with fireplace. Place will be furnished except for your bed, desk, (bedroom furniture). I have leather couches coming in and will get new tv stand (current one is my old roommate's) and coffee table. The condo complex is called Presidio Place, there is 24 security, parking structure, tons of guest parking, pool, sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, racket ball, and a park with ponds. Literally minutes from trolley station, police station, YMCA(next door), mall down the street, 5 frwy, 163 frwy, and 8 frwy. First floor condo. Rent is $500 a month plus utilities which would be around $30 a month really never more than that which includes internet, cable (50 channels), and gas &electric. Water is free. Can't think of anything else, i have more pics i can email so let me know, sorry it looks like a mess, my roommate is moving out right now and im just coming back from work in oceanside for the first part of this summer so i wasn't staying here for a while.
