Three females in early 20's, in a large 5br house are looking for a clean, responsible, and pleasant house mate to live in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The room is about 10x12, has a fairly large closet, and the potential tenant would share a bathroom with one other girl. Rent would be $500 month to month and there is a $600 deposit. Our landlord does not allow pets (sorry). We're looking for someone who could live here for at least nine months. Move in date would be September 1st.
