We are 25 and 33 year old, pretty quiet during weekdays but we like to go out or invite friends over during weekend. We live in a spacious 3 Bedroom beach house, 2 Bath, with large living room, kitchen and office to share. The House is located just steps off Windansea beach (Westbourne corner Neptune) with a great private front yard (Gardener included). The house is totally equipped and has flat screen TV and home theater (no cable TV), Barbeque, Wireless internet, fireplace, washer/dryer… Two bedrooms are available right now. The rent is $950 for each room plus 1/4 utilities (electricity, gas and internet). Deposit is $950. Both these rooms share a bathroom.
