People who know San Diego really dig this laid back area. Really secure property with central air and heat, washer and dryer, stainless steel counter tops, appliances and shelves, and really high vaulted ceilings with a living room of just windows overlooking the street. You have to see it to get how cool and big it really is. Everybody that comes over loves the place. Big patio fully furnished with fire pit and stainless steel bbq. Enjoy it with friends and family as you please. Your friends are my friends. Split utilites 1/3 (Gas, Elec, Cable, Basic Cable etc..) Runs around 100-125 a month for each of us give or take. Your room is big like 17X15 with built in modern closets by ikea. I also have two small dogs that love everybody. Ralphy and Roscoe. They get along with everybody.
