The house is very nice and is located right above Grossmont Center and is walking distance from the Grossmont trolley, 5 minutes from SDSU and Grossmont College, and every store you could possibly want. The house is 2,000 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms 2 baths and is located on an elevated quite cul-de-sac with a large backyard and views of the mountains to the east. The current roommates are working professionals and grad students in there early and mid-twenties. Preferably looking for a male roommate to complement this mix. Monthly rent is very competitive at $495 with power and Internet split (usually about $45 a month for both). We are looking for somebody that is responsible, clean and respectful.
