The apartment is a 2-story townhouse with hardwood floors. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms (one for each bedroom and one downstairs). There are is a porch in the front and a courtyard in the back, a washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher and new appliances. The apartment is furnished with two sofas, an entertainment center/tv, dining table (pretty much everything), but you can bring whatever furniture you would like; there's a lot of space. It is located on Genesee right off of the 163, near Sharp medical center. Close to beaches and Mission Valley. Pool in complex.
