The apartment is very close to a grocery store, Newport Blvd, and the beach. The rooms are available for: $495 - This room has a wardrobe for your closet and storage. $545 - This room has a full sized closet and a large double mirror closet door. The apartment living room is furnished but the rooms are not. I am open for improvements so if you have some furniture, we can choose what to keep and what not to.
