You will have your own bedroom with bathroom and a big closet. We will share common areas such as: kitchen, living room, dinning room and balcony. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the apartment and across the street. Rent includes access to washer/dryer and lots of storage. Utilities (water, electricity and wireless internet) will be split evenly. Apartment is very bright, on the second floor and right next to Downtown. Close to freeways 94, 5, 15, 805, and also the bus stop is just one block away. We go to school and work, and have a pretty busy schedule; we don't smoke or do drugs, but drink occasionally. We have guests over sometimes or have occasional house parties with friends but nothing crazy! You must clean up after yourself, be responsible, and respectful.
