About the place: You would get your own room but would share a bathroom. You would also get your own parking space included (and it's not even one of those crappy tandem spots!). The place is fully furnished (not counting your room), has wireless internet, DirecTV with NFL package and a great backyard with a BBQ. This is the bottom part of a duplex and the upstairs neighbors are very cool. Coin operated washer and dryer is in a storage room next to us and it is only used by the handful of people who live here. The place is in great shape as it was totally redone before I moved in 2 years ago. Important note: I have a 6 month old dog (boxer).
