The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and support for Computer Arts, Inc. customers. Job Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist shall deliver professional on-site, phone and VPN connection support for Computer Arts' local county government software applications. It is essential for the Customer Service Specialist to understand, relate and respond to the customer’s technology needs specifically the Computer Arts software systems purchased by the customers. Frequent regional travel may be required within the state.
Job Requirements:
A prerequisite for this position is a sound understanding of fund accounting and payroll processes. Experience with local county government is a plus. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SQL database is recommended. Further, an aptitude for learning and supporting custom software and the ability to provide end-user support. Help Desk and/or Customer Service experience is also required. Responsibilities include user support, user training, installation, and setup/configuration of Computer Arts Software Systems.
