Description: Gajeske, Inc. is currently seeking a tenured Inside Sales / CSR professional for its Tulsa, OK location. Job Duties: • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns • Determine customer requirements in order to recommend specific products and solutions • Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures • Follow up on open quotes to gain competitive knowledge and close sales • Obtain information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery • Recommend items needed by customers to increase satisfaction and maximize profitability • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling and up-selling • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products • Fill requests for catalogs and information • Attending sales meetings and vendor training • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members • Communicate regularly with corporate purchasing department in Houston, TX • Work closely and effectively as a team with outside sales personnel • Maintain proficiency in using in-house data entry software • Follow company policies and procedures • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors Job Requirements: • Delivers superior customer service • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and good phone skills • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards • Technical expertise and knowledge of company products • Problem-solving and analytical ability • Accuracy, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills • Comfortable in fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task • Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities • Team player who works productively with wide range of people • Able to work independently with some direction • Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures • Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures Company Gajeske, Inc. is a master distributor of polyethylene pipe, fittings, McElroy fusion equipment, and fabrications for various municipal, industrial, mining, dredging, geothermal, and gas distribution applications throughout TX, OK, LA, KS, MO, CO and surrounding areas.
