This is a sales dept position providing assistance to customers regarding technical questions related to construction-type installation solutions by preparing and delivering verbal and written (email) correspondences, fulfilling customers' needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with a consistently positive approach. Clear and concise communications skills are a must. Ability to train others and write training material is desired. Ability to maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Mechanical and mathmatical aptitude and ability to think in abstract is required, as well as skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Solar/renewable energy industry experience preferred.
