EEP is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative for the leader in commercial vacuums. Candidates MUST have longevity in work history and at least one year of experience as a customer service representative in a call center environment. **ONLY apply if you have the experience!** Job Functions: - Pre-processing; confirms credit status, program applicability, pricing, part numbers, quantities, backorders, freight carrier, and shipping status - Process Orders; process orders via phone, fax, or email and then inputs them into company accounting system - Order confirmation to client - Tracks shipments and determines status for customers - Receives, responds to and logs in proper information for all customer inquiries and complaints - Effectively researches and resolves customers' complaints in a timely manner - Diagnose and troubleshoot problems involving basic mechanical and electrical systems - Processes and authorizes returns and/or repair requests - Completes on going training - Provides customers with information regarding products in order to educate, promote, or "sell" customers in an effort to help meet their needs. - Coordinates with the Leads Coordinator for further action to potentially enhance sales Additional Responsibilities: - Cover the front desk when the CS Support Staff is on lunch hour, vacation, and /or sick days - Closing office duties - Maintaining good customer relations and customer retention - Completes other assignments as required or assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED equivalent required - 1 year minimum prior customer service experience required - Excellent phone skills - Must be responsive and a good listener - Must be able to multi task - Must be well organized - Excellent written and verbal skills - Creative problem solving skills - Some technical troubleshooting experience required - Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, Access) - Competent data entry skills - Must be detail oriented and precise - must be able to work in a team environment, yet proactive enough to work independently - Sales experience not required, but considered a plus Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Pay is $10.50 to $12/hr DOE If you are qualified and interested in this position, please reply to this posting by attaching your resume as a word document!
