Customer Care/Client Service Agent needed for Cable company. Customer Care Agent exhibits excellent customer service skills and conducts telephone conversations with clients or creditors. Calls are both inbound and outbound and subject to stipulated quality and quantity standards, while adhering to policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring callers questions and concerns are addressed with diplomacy, accuracy and timeliness and clients are left with an excellent rating of service.
Requires:
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to navigate computer software programs with ease.
Accurately able to input Data entry and logging conversation.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Very well organized, multi tasker, able to adapt in changing environment,
Excellent follow up skills
Pays $11 to $15 with incentives.
