Health and wellness company seeks a customer support specialist for inbound calls. We are a large online retailer of natural herbal products. The customer support specialist must be able to effectively communicate with customers regarding billing issues, product questions, and other customer support related issues.
Duties:
• Manage inbound calls with our customers regarding billing and product questions
• Manage individual customer accounts regarding refunds, cancellations and updates
• Assist customers with questions, disputes, and misapplied payments.
• Entry of customer information and notes
• Make outgoing customer service calls
Qualifications:
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Good organizational skills
• Dependable, responsible and demonstrate a willingness to improve
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Friendy and courteous
