We are seeking a customer service rep for inbound calls who will be able to effectively communicate with customers regarding billing issues, product questions, and other customer support related issues.
Duties:
• Manage inbound calls with our customers regarding billing and product questions
• Manage individual customer accounts regarding refunds, cancellations and updates
• Assist customers with questions, disputes, and misapplied payments.
• Assist customers through their order process
Qualifications:
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Friendy and courteous
• PC and Internet experience preferred
