Looking for someone with extensive successful experience in Short Sale negotiations and/or Loan Mitigator experience with lenders to include putting together Short Sale packages that get noticed and quickly processed and a successful track record of rapid offer acceptances. Poor packages and spotty follow up often lead to long cycle times that can extend for six to nine months. The person we seek has successfully whittled that time frame to only a few weeks or even days to get an answer. This person will have contacts in many or most of the major lender Loan Mitigation Departments. He or she will also love the persuit of the deal and getting a quick, affirmative answer. It would never be a person who says, "I've left 4 or 5 messages and they won't call back!" Closings will typically be four weeks after the proposal is accepted by the lender, so the complete process should take no more than two months from package submission to closing. A perfect world would be four to six weeks.
