The Retail Hearing Counselors will champion and promote Astrum products as well as manage the day-to-day retail store operations. The Retail Hearing Counselor (RHC) is responsible for providing customers with information about our product and services. . You should enjoy meeting new people and talking to customers, answering their questions and offering product suggestions. Excellent oral and written communications are critical. Prior Retail or Customer Service experience is highly preferred. Our goal is to give our customers a first-class customer service experience all the time, every time! Responsibilities: - Meet and greet Astrum Hearing Solutions retail store customers and promote Astrum and the professional support of healthy hearing choices. - Scheduling patient appointments and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process. - Collaborate with other team members and management to recommend the continuous improvement of our sales process, product and service. - share in the sales process, from initial customer contact (in-store, in-community and outbound communications with customers) to closing the sale and providing post-sale support.
