Responsibilities: * Contacting financial institutions for payoffs/satisfaction of liens * Preparing Docs for settlement * Working closely with customer, borrow, signing agent * Validating HUD settlement statements * Scheduling and confirm closings * Post closing activities * Customer service activities as needed Required Skills Requirements: * High School diploma is necessary * 2-3 years of experience in mortgage or banking or title * Must be able to work 12-9pm 2-3 days per week * Compensation: $12 per hour!
