Salient Functions: • Handle incoming clients and phone calls in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures • Process payments online and/or through agency accounting procedures • Accomodating changes and meticulously process paperwork reflecting clients needs in the agency management system • Assist in other support functions as needed • Faxing, emailing, recordkeeping, and bank deposit preparation Experience & Requirements: • Be very detailed and process oriented demonstrating excellence in client management with good record keeping skills • Flexibility, enthusiastic, with good interpersonal skills • Relevant office and client service experience is required • Proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Listening, verbal, and exceptional data entry written skills • Ability to speak clearly, persuasively, listening, clarifying, and answering questions in a sometimes hectic environment.
