We are looking for a customer service representative on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Albuquerque, NM. Summary Our health and insurance group provides enrollment, eligibility, and administrative processing for annual enrollment and ongoing administration of health and insurance benefit management to our growing client base. As a health and insurance customer support services Associate, you will be part of a highly structured, fast-paced team focused on enhancing benefit relationships and building customer loyalty. Our benefits outsourcing services include administration of: medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurances and other sponsored benefits such as group legal, vacation, and tuition reimbursement. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from existing Fidelity customers regarding their comprehensive benefits Provide detailed descriptions of plan-specific benefit coverage Educate customers on their benefit needs and alternatives available so they can make informed decisions during life event changes Process enrollments, terminations, and coverage updates Act as a customer advocate or liaison to resolve service issues in a timely manner Qualifications Call center experience preferred or strong background in benefits administration, human resources, or health and welfare industry Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Windows Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail Proven ability to provide quality customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills Please email your resume to: newmexicojobs@veritude.com Location: Albuquerque, NM Compensation: $13.25/hour This is a contract job.
