Job Description Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity. Assistance with complex customer services issues will be given when needed.. Successfully complete training requirements. Solve problems systematically, using sound judgment. Consistently meet/exceed established standards. Consistently meet/exceed established quality standards. Job Requirements Two years of customer service experience. Display strong Analytical Skills. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of a PC including ability to use a mouse and keyboard interchangeably. Ability to comprehendcomplex oral and written directions, and technical information. Ability to handle administrative work load while processing 80-90 calls per day. Ability to work independently and follow escalation protocols.
