DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): 1. Processes 80-90 Calls a day 2. Provides customers with information, such as pricing, product information, parts availability, parts number changes, machine promotion, etc. to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction Coordinates with buyers to ensure parts availability Alerts manufacturing and purchasing on shortages and large incoming orders Assists customer with understanding of the company's policies and procedures Assists customers with special needs/projects to ensure on time delivery Promotes "Customer Zone" to customers to help them be more self-sufficient Refers end users to appropriate service center or dealer in their area 3. Credits / bills Issues return goods forms and call tags as needed Sets up all machine returns and pick-ups Processes credits / bills Works with credit department to correct invoicing problems or questions on accounts 4. Other Duties: Provides support for field sales force Reports any and all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction to Customer Service Manager for his/her attention Processes orders from customers Performs special projects as requested Working hours: 8am-5pm Job Requirements EXPERIENCE: Experience preferred in manufacturing environment however, willing to train the right candidate KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:- Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers Ability to be persuasive with customers, keeping customer satisfaction as a guiding factor Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks Ability to analyze problems and solve work related issues Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to interact with all functional areas and all organizational levels High level of attention to detail Job involves working in front of computer screen Application Information Email allenmelissa6@gmail.com Location: Billings Compensation: $11/hour Principals only.
