We are seeking a customer care rep for inbound calls who will be able to effectively communicate with customers regarding billing issues, product questions, and other customer support related issues.
Duties:
• Manage individual customer accounts regarding refunds, cancellations and updates
• Assist customers with questions, disputes, and misapplied payments.
• Entry of customer information and notes
• Assist customers through their order process
• Make outgoing customer service calls
Qualifications:
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
• Dependable, responsible and demonstrate a willingness to improve
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Punctual
• PC and Internet experience preferred
