This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Branch Sales Manager in overseeing the sales and operational functions of the branch. Duties include: „X Performing a variety of duties to retain and expand customer relationships „X Ensuring quality customer services are provided „X Consistently meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations. „X Managing Branch level 1 or 2 having up to $40 million dollars in deposits and 8 or fewer employees. „X Working knowledge of financial products and services „X Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, sales and customer relations skills „X Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in order to reconcile accounts „X Working knowledge of PC This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in a business related field and 1 year supervisory experience in a financial institution or equivalent experience of 4 years.
