Client based in downtown Wilmington, DE seeks experienced Customer Service Representative. This is currently a contract opportunity. Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders or handles questions. Must have excellent communication skills. Handles complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Completes appropriate forms. Previous Teller and/or Customer Service experience in Financial Services is preferred. Processing and data entry experience is a plus. Prefer college degree.
