The Office Manager will supervise 4-5 admin staff, which includes hiring, training, scheduling and coaching. The Office Manager is also responsible for basic accounting duties such as: coordinating the A/R function, completing A/P in a timely manner, processing payroll biweekly, doing daily bank reqs, and general booking keeping duties. They are also responsible for some data entry and cusotmer service. The successful individual must have experience in supervising staff, and general accounting and administrative experience.
