We are seeking a Member Services Advisor III, in this role you will maintain the integrity of eligibility/membership for Clear Choice by offering efficient and professional services to customers working via telephone, fax, e-mail and in person. This position is a liaison among the members, providers and the Company. We need an organized and analytical professional with extensive experience with health insurance claims to receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to members to follow up and address issues/inquiries. You will utilize the claims, eligibility and customer service modules of operating systems to effectively handle inquiries from internal and external sources. This position requires a HS diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 4 years’ health insurance experience and 2 years’ customer service experience.
