The major purpose of the Front End Loan Collector is to assist the department in the collection of past due accounts that are 60+ days past due. They are responsible to counsel customers for up-to-date payment arrangements on all incoming and outgoing phone contacts. By applying communication, negotiation, customer service, skip tracing and collection skills, the Dialer Team Collector leverages our collateral into payments. Bringing accounts current allows Credit Acceptance to achieve monetary goals, creates positive dealer relationships and allows dealers to achieve their goals, and assists our customers in building a solid credit history. Dialer Team Collectors are also responsible for inbound calls, responding to a wide variety of customer and/or dealer problems and concerns. Through these means, the Dialer Team Collector is able to meet their objective of increasing revenue for the company.
