Busy chiropractic office in Parsippany, looking for someone who lives in Parsippany to fill our front desk position. This is a permanent, part time position. Job requirements:-answering phones-making appointments on computer-check insurances and call for insurance verifications-keeping doctor's schedule accurate and punctual-collecting co-pays from patients-making patients feel welcome and comfortable-paperwork and filingWe need you to be a people person and enjoy what you do. You need to be able to communicate efficiently and effectively by phone or in person with patients. Be able to prioritize, multitask and be a team player at the same time.
