We are looking for a customer service representative on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Albuquerque, NM. Summary Our health and insurance group provides enrollment, eligibility, and administrative processing for annual enrollment and ongoing administration of health and insurance benefit management to our growing client base. As a health and insurance customer support services Associate, you will be part of a highly structured, fast-paced team focused on enhancing benefit relationships and building customer loyalty. Our benefits outsourcing services include administration of: medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurances and other sponsored benefits such as group legal, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.
