A qualified candidate for this position will posses excellent customer service skills including the ability to multi task, handle a high volume of customer phone calls and emails and effectively manage client concerns with regards to their order. All customer service representatives must demonstrate patience and excellent listening skills in order to provide clients with the best service possible. A flexible schedule is a MUST, hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Work hours may fall between any of those times and may range from 15 per week to 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of our business it may also be necessary to work some holidays. Job Responsibilities: -Confirm and process online and phone orders in a timely manner -Provide excellent customer support via phone and email -Assist customers over the phone in locating tickets for any event according to their specific needs -Respond in a timely manner to customer concerns or inquiries in regards to ticket sales and/or shipment of their tickets -Follow up with suppliers to ensure receipt of purchase orders for client ticket purchases -Perform other tasks as assigned Minimum Requirements: -Bachelors degree (preferred but not required) -Excellent customer service skills -1-2 years previous customer service experience -Excellent oral/written communication skills -Previous experience with Microsoft Office Location: montana Compensation: TBA Principals only.
