You would interact directly with customers to provide any additional assistance (i.e. directions, help with luggage, etc.) that the customer may require. * Prepares and processes rental transactions while obtaininng and verifying all required information from the customer. * Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person. * Provides customer with directions, travel tips, and information on area attractions and events. * Communicates with and directs customer to the next step in their Budget Rental Experience (i.e. Rental Counter, Fast Break Are or their Budget vehicle). * Educates the customer in the details and availability of the Budget fleet, optional services, such as upgrades, coverage's, etc.... * Communicates with all levels of Budget employees ensuring the proper car inventory and availability. * Assists customers to ensure and expedite the conclusion of a positive rental experience by the Company. REQUIREMENTS!! * Rent A Car experience preferred. * Excellent Customer Service Ability * Excellent Sales Ability * Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills * Successful completion of company Training * Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays * Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors towards customers and associates * Ability to work in varying environments, such as indoors and outdoors * Valid Nevada Drivers License Location: Las Vegas, NV Airport Car Rental Center Compensation: Base Pay: $7.25 per hour and bonus (Earn up to $30.00 per hour) Principals only.
