Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. - Must have demonstrated good communication (verbal and written) skills. Basic Competencies: - Consistently demonstrates the customer service standards - Build and sustain customer relationships - Know the basic features, benefits, and applications of core Retail products - Identify customer's needs and refer or cross-sell the appropriate products and services - Learn and apply technical & functional expertise. - Basic Windows PC knowledge - Deposit System- limited inquiries, assign float & history/cleared checks, and limited key word maintenance. - CIS- locate accounts & perform address changes - Rate and fee disclosures - Operational services (placing holds, account renewals, address changes etc.) - Filing skills- signature cards & branch files - Basic knowledge of account vesting/signing authority/ID requirements, including use of SQN, interbranch customer, & no book transactions - Dual/single control procedures (including key controls) - Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations Compensation: salary: N/A Principals only.
