This position provides customer service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting customers regarding matters, providing assistance to cashiers via communication boards, maintaining accurate record of space availability, and updating databases. Front office staff members often communicate with management and various departments via two-way radio.
Required Competencies and Skills
Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requires a customer service oriented individual
Must be computer literate
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized and detail-oriented
