Fortune 500 company looking for a Senior Tax Accountant in ou Arlington, VA office. The individual will report directly to the VP of Finance. The individual will also deal directly with "Big Four" accounting firms. Responsibilities: Preparation of Federal and State tax returns. Knowledge of Partnership and LLC taxation a plus. Excise, sales and use tax returns. Knowledge Washington, DC Sales tax law a plus. Tax projections for all entities. Miscellaneous tax returns. Tax research. Experience/Skills: Bachelors degree in accounting, CPA a plus or equivalent work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving. Strong computer skills overall, with proficiency in MS Excel, and Word. Experience with tax reporting software. Pro-system Fs and other tax related software applications.
