Brailsford & Dunlavey, a leading facility planning and program management company located in Washington, DC, invites applications for the position of Full-Time Staff Accountant/Payroll. Job Duties • Process payroll runs timely and accurately for over 400 employees • Ensure payroll ledgers are prepared and posted to the GL. • Process all tax filings. • Manage document retention for all vendor files. • Handle information requests from project staff and vendors in a timely and professional manner. Minimum Requirements • Bachelors degree is required. • Knowledge of accounting concepts and principles • 5 years experience processing payroll similar to our organization is required. • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). • Proficiency in utilizing Accounting Information Systems. • Willingness to learn and excel in a fast paced environment. • Strong attention to detail.
