Heritage Care, Inc., a non-profit organization in healthcare and education, seeks seasoned, independent, energetic and self-motivated OPERATION MANAGER, to primarily administer a Child Day Care Center located next to the Catholic University on the MD/DC border. Salary up to $50K based on experience. Requirements: * Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Education or related field. * Child Day Care Curriculum and Development 90-Hour Course, preferred but not required. * Managerial experience This position will be responsible for daily management of the Child Care operations, including but no limited to marketing, budgeting, grant writing, in order to ensure their correct operation in adherence to company guidelines and in compliance with established regulations.
