Northern Virginia based Federal/State/Regional Government interior contractor is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to work on projects throughout the United States. Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of construction services functions including: estimating, marketing, sub-contractor relations, project management and project completions. The Project Coordinator will provide a wide variety of administrative/project management and related tasks including performing duties as directed by the Group Leader. Qualifications: Individual will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in construction related field and 3 to 5 years work experience in commercial interiors renovation construction. Good computer and written and oral communication skills are critical. Person must have knowledge of construction drawings, estimating, contractor relationships, and project management. Individual must be able to work collectively and independently on tasks as assigned.
