The Beacon Bar and Grill, a fast paced, high energy neighborhood restaurant has a great opportunity for a hard working, dedicated, talented and level headed lead cook/supervisor who wants to work into a sous chef position. Must be willing to work the line 5 nights a week along with helping the executive chef with managing, organizing and ordering for the kitchen. Must be creative, adaptable and willing to continually learn and evolve. This position requires wearing many hats, i.e.; pantry, desserts, grill, sauté and banquets.
