We are a major contract food service company in search of a great skilled Executive Chef that has high volume food production experience. Must be p&l minded and understand how to increase sales through promotional startegies as well as producing and serving quality food to customers. Must be able to work in a very busy environment and understand how to manage, teach and train employees. You will be responsible for inspiring the staff to deliver the high standards that you expect and communicate. Other duties include cycle menu development, sanitation, safety practices, purchasing, inventory control, and great customer service.
Your main responsibitlity will be to take the food program at this multi unit corporate dining account and move it forward in the direction of pleasing the customers, raising the top line sales, and meeting budgeted goals.
Executive Chefs in Corporate Dining are preferred or if you have multi unit food production experience overseeing Sous Chefs and Chef Managers is preferred.
