JOB TYPE: Training / Project Management REQ’D EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree (Education/Instructional Design or related discipline) REQ’D EXPERIENCE: 10 years w/ proven experience with team leadership and team building skills, and working proactively. REQ’D TRAVEL: Yes POSITION DESCRIPTION: Duties include but may not be limited to : Producing and updating a project plan that includes a major milestone schedule and adjusting that schedule as needed, keeping project progress within time and cost estimates, coordinating design/development work with team members, monitoring and reporting team development work with team members, monitoring and reporting team development progress to Director, ensuring the quality of and approving all project deliverables before release to the customer. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning with Certification in Project Manager or 6 years equivalent experience in managing training development projects. Minimum 4 years experience in managing and coordinating the design and development of training to include instructor-led training, multimedia courseware, and distance learning applications. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a Federal Background Check with a good driving record.
