JOB TYPE: Graphic Design REQ’D EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree (Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, or related discipline) REQ’D EXPERIENCE: 6 years REQ’D TRAVEL: Yes POSITION DESCRIPTION: Duties include but may not be limited to: Creating graphics, programming flash animations, HTML and possibly JavaScript and/or XML for training programs. Position duties also include editing photo, audio and possibly video files. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Multimedia Design, or related discipline, or 4 years equivalent experience producing graphics required. Minimum 2 years experience developing multimedia software, courseware and web client-server applications using current development production software to include graphics, illustration, imaging, photo editing, and web development software. Experience required in Macromedia Flash, HTML, completed Outstart LCMS Evolution Developer training. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a Federal Background Check with a good driving record.
