JOB TYPE: Design REQ’D EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree REQ’D EXPERIENCE: 6 years REQ’D TRAVEL: Yes POSITION DESCRIPTION: Duties include but may not be limited to: • Developing course structure, objectives test items, design strategy, design plans, and storyboards. • Working with development team, including the PM, graphics specialist and SME to produce above deliverables within project timeframe. • Facilitating course reviews to include pilot • Conducting design meetings. • Revising Training Standards and development process guides REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, or related discipline, or 4 years equivalent experience required. Must have at least 2 years experience designing instructor-led and web-based training. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a Federal Background Check with a good driving record.
