JOB TYPE: Quality Assurance REQ’D EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree REQ’D EXPERIENCE: 6 years REQ’D TRAVEL: Yes POSITION DESCRIPTION: Duties include but may not be limited to: Editing of training courseware and adherence to standards; Interface with development team to plan, schedule, coordinate, and conduct testing, QA, and CM tasks; Establish and/or ensure compliance with internal and applicable industry standards and processes for these activities (e.g., ISD methodology, Section 508, SCORM); Create and maintain standards and checklists. REQUIREMENTS Degree in instructional technology, systems or software engineering, or a degree in a related field and equivalent experience. At least four (4) years of general business experience. At least two (2) years of practical experience working with Quality Assurance (QA), Configuration Management (CM), and courseware testing. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a Federal Background Check with a good driving record.
