JOB TYPE: Training REQ’D EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree REQ’D EXPERIENCE: 2 years REQ’D TRAVEL: Yes POSITION DESCRIPTION: Duties include but may not be limited to supporting the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining standard operating procedures, maintaining trouble logs and providing general system support. Support of the learning Content Management System (LCMS) includes configuring training environments, creating user accounts, exporting courseware, and providing general system support. REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 2 years experience in information systems to include implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring the use of TPSD training support systems. This person will work as part of a team to develop procedures, monitor systems, assist users (administrators and end users) and identify new process and/or system requirements to support the clients training and maximize the effectiveness of these tools. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a Federal Background Check with a good driving record.
